The YMCA of the North Shore is looking for several part time Assistant Swim Team Coaches to fill positions at all of our sites located in Beverly, Gloucester, Haverhill, Ipswich, Marblehead, and Salem.   Applicants must be able to coach at least 2 times a week and attend swim meets as needed. Qualifications: Competitive swimming experience is required. Knowledge of competitive strokes and techniques, competitive swimming and general water safety. Candidates must have current YMCA and USA Swimming certifications. (Can be completed after hire.) Ability to coach all skill levels. Must be able to work in a group setting. Must have access to reliable transportation to attend swim meets as necessary.
