Position Summary The Lead Age Group Coach will lead two to three lower-level groups and assist with multiple other groups in our program. Our Lead Age Group Coach is responsible for working with the Head Coach in all coaching related activities, developing and sustaining a successful program with a strong emphasis in skill development, sportsmanship and teamwork. Provides feedback, execution and direction during swim practices and swim meets and interacts with parents and athletes in a positive manner. Provides a high level of customer service and ensures a safe program environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to developing young athletes both in and out of the pool.
