The Head Senior Coach will have autonomy over the Senior Program and work with the Head Coach in the daily operations of running the club. This is a great opportunity to be involved with establishing the identity and direction of the program.   Our main training facility is a 15-lane 25-yard pool at Deerfield High School. We also have year-round access to the Deerfield High School weight room and the Sachs Recreation Center. Position Summary: The Head Developmental Coach will oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic direction of the COHO Developmental Program, which prepares swimmers for the COHO Age Group Program. The Head Developmental Coach should bring inspirational energy, swimming expertise, and enthusiasm to practice every day.   This is a year-round, part-time, pension eligible (IMRF) position with a flexible combination of coaching and administrative hours that will include 2 hours of coaching on M-Th evenings with the Developmental groups.
