Fairfax Station Swim and Tennis Club is hiring a head coach for their NVSL summer swim team for the 2025 season.   The Fairfax Station Flyers are seeking a positive, high-energy coach to join our fun and hard-working community of swimmers. A successful candidate will focus on stroke development, technique and race strategies while also fostering team spirit, modeling good sportsmanship and having fun!   The Flyers have approximately 150 swimmers and competed in NVSL Division 6 during the 2024 season. The season starts with evening practices from the last week of May until school is out in mid-June, then continues with morning practices from mid-June until the Individual All-Stars meet at the end of July. Meets are held on Monday nights and Saturday mornings with 2 additional Wednesday night relay meets. Additionally, team pep rallies are held on Friday nights.
