The Fox West YMCA is hiring a full-time Aquatics Director to successfully manage all things related to our expanding aquatics program in Greenville, Wisconsin. As an aquatics supervisor, you’ll be responsible and supervise indoor pool & swim programs, lifeguards, Safety Around Water and other aquatics-based services offered by the Y. Directors/managers tap into their background of sports & recreation to also oversee an annual budget, train & retain staff as well as maintain positive relationships with Y members & guests.
