Job Summary: The MHSF Head Coach will lead the coaching staff, serving as the primary liaison between training groups, parents, and club management. This role fosters a collaborative and goal-oriented environment, ensuring the development and success of all swimmers and the professional growth of Junior and Assistant Coaches.
