Under the direction and guidance of the Head Coach, this role will lead the age group program (Bronze, Silver, or Gold). This is a leadership position where you will lead and train the coaching staff in your group as well as coach swimmers. Head Age Group Coach Responsibilities: Model and celebrate NHA values and behaviors Have passion for coaching and working with athletes Be exceptional in the application of positive, consistent, and effective motivation strategies when working with swimmers, parents, and coaching staff in relation to all aspects of the program. Develop and execute workouts with daily, weekly, monthly, and season goals and objectives in mind, striving to help athletes hit targets by providing a training program designed to help meet those needs.
