Job Position: The Palatine Park District Tiger Sharks, a year-round swim club located in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, are looking for qualified applicants for the position of Lead Assistant Coach, with the goal of the position turning into a full-time role.   The ideal candidate will be a lead coach for one of the eight groups within the program and  work with swimmers ranging from 6-14 and/or 14-18 years old, that include novice through National level individuals. The position will require early afternoon and/or evening practices during the week when school is in session, along with morning and/or evening practices once school is out. Meet attendance is also expected.   This position will work out of the newly renovated Harper College, Fremd and Palatine High School pools.
