Head Coach, Rushmore Swim Team (RST) This is a full time head coach position overseeing the entirety of RST's competitive youth swimming program. Two assistant coaches and one to two student coaches fall under the oversight and tutelage of this position.  Rushmore Tsunamis fall under South Dakota LSC jurisdiction. The club is the largest in the region, ~90 active swimmers and growing, with local pool facilities to support the growth. RST is situated in the strikingly beautiful, geographically diverse Black Hills region of southwestern South Dakota, and part of a local economy that is far outpacing national growth averages.  The swim team completed a successful merger of two separate local clubs this past fall. The swimmers are dedicated, ready to grow, and eager to take the next steps with a new coach.
