We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic swim coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for swimming and a strong commitment to educating and developing swimmers of all ages and skill levels. This role involves not only teaching swimming techniques but also fostering a positive environment for all athletes. Responsibilities  Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the swimmers. Educate participants on proper swimming techniques. Provide constructive feedback. Organize and lead swim practices, ensuring that sessions are engaging and productive. Promote a positive team culture. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance the overall swimming program. Assist with coaching at various swim meets.  Experience Previous experience in swim coaching or swim lessons is preferred.
