Westtown School is seeking an experienced Aquatic Director to lead all aspects of the Westtown Aquatic Club program and to serve as the school’s Varsity Swim Head Coach.  The Aquatic Director is responsible for all program planning, administration, and day-to-day operations, as well as the hiring, training, and supervision of all aquatics program staff. The Director works collaboratively with the coaching staff, students, and others to create positive and engaging experiences for a wide range of student-athletes. In collaboration with the Director of Auxiliary Programs, the Director is responsible for managing the program budget and creating opportunities for program growth. The Varsity Swim Head Coach instructs athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training necessary to realize a high level of individual and team success.
