As the Lifeguard Coordinator you will help support pool operations and programming at the Greater Beverly YMCA. In this role, you will provide quality assurance in coaching and onboarding new lifeguards, support direct service and training, model appropriate lifesaving techniques and ensure staff maintain best practices in all functions. On a regular day you will work with a team of professionals maintaining roster and registration changes, providing on-deck support, and covering shifts as needed. The incumbent for this role will aide in increasing member and staff satisfaction, and provide clear, consistent, effective communication across all programs.
