Age Group Coach

Full Time Age Group Swim Coach:

Texas Elite Swim Team is looking for a FULL-TIME Coach. Responsibilities would include daily workout management, meet attendance, regular staff meetings, and administrative work. Coaches will be on deck for up to 20 hours per week assisting with practices for various age groups and skill levels as well as additional administrative duties as assigned. NO OFFICE HOURS. Weekend work varies due to season and meets. Texas Elite has locations in Houston and Katy. We are seeking coaches for our HOUSTON location.

Preferred experience is 2+ years of USA Swimming Club Coaching, equivalent swimming experience will be considered (Seasonal Leadership, Collegiate Coaching). Excellent communication and organizational skills are required in order to build strong relationships with our swimmers, their families, and the Houston swimming community.

This is a FULL-TIME Salaried Position.
Starting Pay is $32,000-40,000 annually (Salary commensurate with experience)
Paid Two and a half week “August Break”, 8 days PTO, and most holidays off (Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years Holidays, Spring Break, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th)
$250 towards personal health insurance
