Assistance Age Group Coach, Pompano Beach Florida
The Pompano Beach Piranhas is looking for Assistance Age Group Coach to lead the Piranhas USA Swim Team AG Blue group under the general supervision of the Head Swim Coach.
The Assistant AG coach will work from Monday through Friday in the afternoon from 4:30 to 6:30 pm and the assigned swimming meet ones a month on the weekend.
The Assistant AG coach will work directly with the Piranha’s 10 and Under AG Blue group, this group is a diverse group of competitive swimmers in developmental stage.
The coaches first and most important mission is to fosters athletic advancement among participants in a healthy and proper manner.
It’s second objective is to develop a contagious, enthusiastic attitude and motivate young swimmers to achieve their best while having fun.
The candidate most plan, organize, conduct practice sessions both in the pool and dryland for his assigned group.
Teach and direct training sessions by encouraging hard work and good technique while motivating swimmer’s competitiveness.
Other duties and related work or required as directed will include:
Assists in running the swim team and special events, assists in maintaining participant records, meet entries, and billing, through computer software. Assists with swim meet set-up, including handling equipment, coordinating information, computer entries, heat sheets, swim meet operations and results.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
