Highlands Ranch Aquatics, located on the south side of Denver, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to lead one of our age group squads. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about stroke mechanics and have strong teaching and communication skills. This individual will also be patient and team-oriented. This is a part-time coach position with opportunity for admin hours.
The coach duties will consist of leading one to two groups within the organization, swimmers between the age of 9 and 13. The applicant must understand the importance of teamwork and will be committed to helping our program advance. This is a part-time hourly position, with competitive pay, professional development opportunities, and primary coaching hours in the afternoon/evening during the weekdays plus meets and weekend practice sessions (as scheduled by the Lead Coach and Head Age Group Coach.
