Sienna Premier Aquatics, located in Missouri City, TX, is seeking a passionate, experienced and positive full time Auxiliary Program director to lead the SPA SwimAmerica lesson program and the SPA Masters program. This position will start as soon as possible. SPA SwimAmerica is a year-round lesson program that reaches over 250 children a year. SPA Masters is an adult exercise program offering quality swim practices to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our mission is to develop champions for life through a goal oriented, developmentally appropriate program encompassing the "WHOLE" person. Auxiliary Program Director Requirements
Current USA Swimming Coaches Certification and ASCA Certifications or ability to achieve such
Background in management required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Desire to work with and lead a team of committed coaches to achieve excellence
Excels on and off the deck and is adaptable
Auxiliary Program Director Duties
Maintain and execute the lessons schedule based on swimmer sign ups and instructor availability
Manage a group of 6 or more lesson instructors
Ensure lesson quality and enforce SPA and SwimAmerica policies and standards
Oversee continuing education and training of instructors
Lead workouts for, and ensure safety of, a group of adult swimmers that ranges in ability level
Establish an environment that fosters positive individual and team attitudes, encourages self-discipline, sportsmanship and responsibility
Abide by all club policies
Assist in marketing and fundraising efforts as needed and directed
Opportunities to work with swim team may be available
Report to the Head Coach and Associate Head Coach
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience. Assistance with relocation can be provided.
