Age group coach needed for Shockwave Aquatic Team - Oxford, MS. Part time position ~10 hours/week. Typical schedule is M-F 4-6 pm during school year and M-F 7-9 during summer.
Duties:
- Lead age group swimmers and foster a positive and encouraging environment
- Support head coach and other coaching staff
- Plan and implement practice workouts for all swimming abilities
- Communicate with parents regarding practice, meets, etc
- Attend monthly meets including local and travel meets
Requirements:
- Competitive swimming experience
- Previous coaching experience
- Good standing/current USA swimming certifications
