Job Description

Farmington Country Club is gearing up for the Spring and Summer seasons, and we're looking for Swim Instructors to join our Aquatics team! Swim Instructors are responsible for demonstrating competency to teach and lead specific skills and activities in the water.

A great Swim Instructor...

Demonstrates and communicates skilled knowledge in swimming to members/guests of all ages;
Is able to adapt and instruct skilled knowledge to children with age-appropriate games;
Exhibits patience and empathy in all interactions;
Understands the importance of and delivers high quality service
