POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Aquatics coordinates all aspects of SUNY Maritime College's Aquatic facility. The Assistant Men's & Women's Swimming Coach will assist in coordinating all aspects of SUNY Maritime College Men's & Women's Swimming activities including coaching, recruiting, organizing and planning both practice and competition strategies, scheduling, staffing, budgeting, fundraising, team management and administration. This position will directly report to the Director of Athletics.

Classification/Salary Range: The Director of Aquatics/Head Swimming and Diving Coach is a UUP position. The anticipated salary range for the position is $50,150 - $57,500 annually, with an outstanding benefits package (for more information please see the Full Time UUP Benefits Summary). Special Notes: This is a full-time calendar year appointment UUP Position. Fair Labor Standard Acts (FLSA) Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA. Internal and external search to occur simultaneously.
