Age Group and Senior Swimming positions OPEN

SwimMAC Carolina has consistently ranked in the top of the nation in USA Swimming’s VCC and are currently #1. Our swimmers excel in the classroom as well as the pool and we have led the nation in Scholastic All-American’s for 10 of the last 11 years. SwimMAC Carolina has achieved Level 5 in Club Recognition and is a perennial USA Swimming Gold Medal Club. An awesome opportunity to work with and learn from our head coach Chuck Batchelor and our entire team of award-winning coaches.

SwimMAC Carolina has openings for both full time and part-time coaches at the age group and senior levels! We have positions open at both locations in Huntersville (HFFA) and Charlotte (Latin) facilities.

Qualified candidates should bring the following skillsets and experience to this role:
- Year round/High school swimming background
- Prior coaching experience (preferably year round coaching experience)

Job Requirements:
- Available to work weekends.
- Strong interpersonal skills interacting with parents and swimmers

Pay commensurate with experience and positions.
