The Rochester Swim Club is looking to add an additional full-time coach to our staff. RSC is a team of 300 plus in growing Rochester, MN. Our team is consistently in the top 5 at our state meets and was named the 38th Age Group team in the country for 2022.

Our ideal candidate has competitive coaching experience, is able to work with all ages and skill levels. The candidate should have experience in season planning with an emphasis on stroke development. This candidate would report and be mentored by our Head Coach and Head Age Group coach.
