The Boise Y Swim Team is a year-round competitive swimming program for young men and women six years of age and older. The team consists of 300 athletes, staffs 10 coaches, and operates in four facilities across the Treasure Valley. The Boise Y swim team competes within both YMCA and USA Swimming organizations, developing athletes that participate at all levels including local and regional competitors, and YMCA National, USA Swimming Junior and Senior National, and Olympic Trial qualifiers.
The Head Site Coach - Boise Y Swim Team is responsible for administering the operation of the Competitive Swim Team program at an assigned site, overseeing the safe management of programs, facilities, and volunteer and staff development.

This is a full time 40 hour a week position. Schedule requirements are Monday through Friday in alignment with Team Practice. Weekends are required as needed based on swim meet schedule.
