Title: HEAD Coach - Boys Swimming
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates should possess the following:
- knowledge of PIAA and NFHS rules and regulations;
- ability to develop and train student-athletes;
- personal skills that reflect positive relations with high school student-athletes, parents, and the community;
- extensive knowledge of the principles of individual and team fundamentals;
- ability to organize and prepare practice schedules;
- ability to develop a solid discipline that emphasizes teamwork and good sportsmanship.

The North Penn School District is located in Southeastern Pennsylvania, approximately 20 miles north of Philadelphia in Montgomery County. The district encompasses 42 square miles and has a total population of more than 98,000 residents. These residents reside in Hatfield, Lansdale, and North Wales boroughs, Hatfield, Montgomery, Towamencin, and Upper Gwynedd townships, and the village of Line Lexington. Currently, the district consists of 13 elementary schools, three middle schools, one high school, and one credit recovery school. NPSD employs approximately 2,000 staff members.
