Job Description
We are looking for experienced coaches to run and assist with both age group & senior level practices. This can be multiple positions or one position for someone looking to be more involved in the program.
Time commitment ranges from 6 – 21 hours per week depending on group and availability. Coach a minimum of 1 meet per month in season. Keep all USA Swimming coaching certifications current. Work with Head Coaches to plan and implement season training plans.

Seeking part time or full time Assistant and Head Coach for year-round club team in Montgomery, AL.
Minimum 2 years coaching experience a plus. We currently have about 85 athletes and looking for someone eager to grow & progress our swimmers from season to season.
