Mobile Swim Instructor - Caribbean

Full time Mobile Swim Instructor position available.  Come join us on the beautiful island of Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

Sky Blue Aquatics was established in 2013 and is now the largest swim school in the Cayman Islands. We teach all of our lessons in the comfort and convenience of the client’s home or condo pool. 

We are currently fully booked with a waiting list which is why we are looking for another instructor.  There are many other swim companies on island, but we have worked very hard over the last decade to make sure all of our clients get personal, more customized lessons, therefore earning a very good reputation.  Since the island is very small, it is crucial to me that we hire someone who will carry on our excellent reputation. 

We offer private(1:1), semi-private(2:1), and small group(3 or more:1) lessons.  The maximum number of students in a small group is 4-6 max. We teach age 4 months to adult.  Most lessons are 30 minutes in length, however we do offer 45 minutes or an hour at a prorated rate if requested.  We focus heavily on water/pool safety.  Lessons are held at the client's home or condo pool.

This is NOT a coaching position. 

Proper candidates will need to be certified as a swim instructor through a recognized organization such as WSI, STA, ASA, ASCA

Adult, Infant, and Child CPR, First Aid, and AED certification through a recognized organization is also required.

We also require a minimum of 3 years swim teaching experience.

Must use your own insured car. Valid Driver's license is required.

Clean police clearance is required for all work visas.

5% pension match after 9 months of employment

Salary range is US$2800.00 - US$8500.00 per month
