Technical Manager– Swim School

Part-time/Full-time (25 - 40 hours/week) - Job sharing possible

Here's what you can do for us:

·        Provide professional leadership for the club's swimming school, "Hai-School."

·        Continuously manage the quality of the content in the swimming school

·        Coach and support the professional development of the staff in the swimming school

·        Maintain close communication with the organizational leadership of the swimming school on           operational and strategic matters

·        Assess and prepare children in the swimming school for the transition to competitive sports.

·        Organize and conduct swimming classes for the club

What you bring to the table:

·        Working with children in the water is your passion.

·        Experience in the field of swimming education, along with relevant swimming licenses and/or           a university degree in sports (Diploma in Sports Science, Diploma in Sports Education,                       Bachelor/Master in Sports Science), or equivalent

·        You are confident in your abilities and always seek opportunities to rethink and improve                     content and processes

·        You are a leader, with a strong focus on the team, and you do everything in your power to                    ensure that your colleagues can perform their jobs to the best of their ability
