Position Overview:
As a Volunteer Coach with TST, you will have the unique opportunity to learn from our world-class coaching staff and work closely with elite athletes. This role is an ideal steppingstone for individuals who aspire to pursue a coaching career in competitive swimming or simply wish to contribute to the development of promising swimmers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and conducting swim practices for the Pro Group.
Provide technical feedback to swimmers to help them reach their full potential.
Collaborate with the coaching staff to create and implement training programs.
Attend swim meets and competitions to support our athletes.
Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
Passion for competitive swimming and a desire to develop coaching skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
Availability for flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
Prior coaching or competitive swimming experience is a plus but not required.
USA Swimming Member Coach in good standing
