Join the team at Greenville County Aquatic Complex (GCAC) as a Revenue Facilities Program Coordinator. Located at 2700 West Blue Ridge Drive, Greenville, SC, GCAC is a hub for aquatic activities and events. As a coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing our staff, organizing work schedules, planning and administering aquatic programs, and ensuring the maintenance of our facilities. Oversee swim lesson program.
Supervise regular and temporary staff and volunteers, including planning, coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work.
Organize and assign work, ensuring adequate resources and coverage.
Plan and administer youth and adult recreational aquatics programs.
Maintain inventory of aquatics equipment, uniforms, and supplies.
Ensure the maintenance and preparation of pool and facilities for programs and events.
Perform customer service duties, including responding to inquiries and resolving operational and procedural problems.
Perform general administrative duties in support of GCAC operations.
Participate in strategic planning for the GCAC.
Maintain a comprehensive, current knowledge of applicable policies, procedures, codes, rules, and regulations.
Associate degree in Business or a related field.
Two years of experience in aquatics facility programming.
Must possess and maintain a valid South Carolina driver's license.
Must possess and maintain the following additional certifications: Lifeguard; Lifeguard Instructor; Starfish Instructor; Starfish Instructor Trainer; and Aquatics Facility Operator.
