Seasonal Head Coach

Job Description

Come join the Chantilly Highlands Dolphins Swim Team!  We are a competitive, fun neighborhood summer swim team of approximately 165 swimmers located in the Herndon/Chantilly area and competing in the Colonial Swim League.  Our team is made up of swimmers ages 7 to 18, and we also offer a non-competitive Juniors and Minis program to swimmers ages 4 to 8.

The team is led by a Head Coach and assisted by an Assistant Head Coach along with junior coaches who are members of the team. While we love to win, the ideal Head Coach offers the right balance between swim stroke development and fun.  We strive for success by focusing on technique, teamwork, sportsmanship, and team spirit!  We desire leaders who will create a positive atmosphere and will dedicate themselves to the team.

We are looking for a Head Coach and would really like someone to join us for several seasons.  If interested, please send a resume to:  chdolphins@gmail.com
