Head Swim Team Coach Salary: $43,888 - $50,000

Head Swim Team Coach Hours: Flexible based on practice and meet times (Full Time)

Head Swim Team Coach Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and develop age group swim teams while supporting the Association Director of Competitive Aquatics
  • Coaches all levels and age groups of the competitive aquatics teams
  • Design and implement practices and workout schedules
  • Maintain communication with athletes and families
  • Provide on and off deck leadership and enthusiasm to team members

Head Swim Team Coach Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience coaching competitive swimming
  • Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
  • YMCA USA Coaching Certification (training provided)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Youth Development, Physical Education, Sports Management, Psychology, or related fields preferred
  • 1+ years experience teaching swim lessons preferred
  • 1+ years experience managing staff preferred
