JOB DESCRIPTION: Part-time opening for a Water Aerobics Instructor at the Jim & Heather Gills YMCA branch. Instructs water exercise classes using proper form and technique. Current aerobic/water aerobics instructor certification and/or previous experience instructing water aerobic classes required. Current CPR/AED/Oxygen Administration certifications preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Availability to work flexible hours, primarily Thursdays. Candidates will have strong interpersonal, listening and customer service skills; work effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions, and perceptions; and build rapport easily while inspiring others. Accepts and demonstrates the Y's values.
PAY RATE & BENEFITS: $22 - $25 per class depending on experience. Free individual YMCA membership for employee and discount for family. Clear criminal record and drug test required.
