Description
- The Swim Team Assistant Coach assists in the development of daily practice sessions including dry-land training, stretching, and swim training for all skill levels.
- Available to Gator Swim Team members and parents to answer questions concerning the program.
- Minimum of 2 years coaching or competitive swimming experience. i.e. High School or College.
Requirements
1. At least 18 years old
2. 2 years of directly related experience
3. American Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certification - Training available at the YMCA
- Within 1 month of hire:
- Foundations of Coaching 101
- Concussion Education Certificate
- Athlete Protection Training
- Safety Training for Swim Coaches Certification

Summary:
Shifts Needed:
Afternoons and evenings for practices, as well as approximately 2 weekends per months for swim meets, with some travel involved.
