Job Description
Mavericks Swimming is looking for a part-time swim coach to join our team. Practices are weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings. Mavericks Swimming trains young swimmers of all levels and ages in our community, from elementary school to high school, beginners to national competitors.
Job Requirements:
● Current Lifeguard/CPR/AED/First Aid certification
● Current USA Swim Coach certification
● Swim coaching experience: collegiate, high school, club, or recreational
Job Responsibilities:
● Plan swim workouts
● Lead group practices
● Teach proper stroke technique
● Support, encourage, and motivate swimmers
● Ensure swimmer safety

The goal of our team is to provide our community an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve "Success At Every Level", from young to old, novice to international competitor.
