Job Description
Waikoloa Swim Club is looking to hire a Head Age Group Coach to our Staff at Waikoloa Village Association Pool. We are located on the west side of the Big Island, the resort side with many ocean activities and beautiful beaches.
Waikoloa Swim Club practices M-W-F 3-6:30pm with 3 different level groups. There are monthly swim meets and occasional swim meets and beach workouts. Most likely changes to Mon-Thurs in 2025 plus dryland (we have a Coach) and ocean swims.
Our Club has been established for over two years now and looking to expand our Coaching Staff. MUST have extensive swimming and Coaching background and experience in competitive swimming.
Willing to train and certify USA Swimming credentials if do not have these certifications. Water skills and CPR Training necessary.
We are building a team with growing talent and a fun environment for children to build their stroke technique, endurance, and competition participation in Big Island Swimming / Hawaiian Swimming / USA Swimming.
Assistant Coach:
Pay: $20-25/HR based on experience. Need full commitment. $100 stipend for Coaching Swim Meets.
Head Age Group Coach: $2k/month salary negotiable.
Need at least One Year Commitment.
May provide room for rent or unit at fair market value.
May give moving stipend.

Waikoloa Swim Club practices M-W-F 3-6:30pm with 3 different level groups. There are monthly swim meets and occasional swim meets and beach workouts. Practice will most likely go Mon-Thur pool.

Depending but may provide a room or unit for rent at fair market value (will only do so with current employment w Waikoloa Swim Club). May give a stipend for moving expenses.
