Daland Swim School is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Customer Service Manager to lead office operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and model outstanding customer service to drive enrollment and sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales KPIs.
  • Supervise and motivate office staff, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
  • Monitor enrollment trends to optimize program offerings and lesson schedules.
  • Oversee office operations, including training, payroll accuracy, and inventory management.
  • Maintain and update sales protocols, systems, and training programs to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement office systems and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of sales and management experience with proven results.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze trends and develop innovative sales strategies.

Certificates and Licenses:
Red Cross CPR/First Aid certification required (training available on-site).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
