What will you do as a Deck Supervisor?
- Responsible for observing and patrolling the pool area, enforcing safety regulations as outlined in American Red Cross Lifeguard standards
- Greet families, assist swimmers in and around the pool area, and record attendance
- Maintain quality customer service by enforcing high customer service standards among all employees
- Complete monthly swim instructor evaluations and monitor swim instructor performance daily
- Lead monthly Splash N Tells and ensure instructor's progression charts are updated at all times
- Ensure pool chemical tests are completed and maintain pool area/facility cleanliness
- Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.
- Prepare and maintain appropriate incident reports.
- Assist in marketing/promotion of the program
