Assistant Swim Coach

The Hills Swim team in beautiful Lakeway, Texas is seeking a part time swim coach to join our growing team. This position will be an assistant role with age group coaching duties. There is also options to conduct swim lessons for anyone with in-water swim instructor experience. This position is for our year-round USAS swim team. Part-time 20 hours per week plus swim meets and team events. There will be potential for more hours and Coach responsibilities after initial few months of employment and based on performance. The Hills Swim team is a two year old program still growing everyday and looking for the right superstar candidate to help lead us forward.

Requirements: 

Coaching or teaching experience 2+ years

Experience working with youth athletes or students.

Swim experience preferred

Must be AED/CPR certified (we will certify the right candidate if needed)

Lifeguard certified a plus

USAS coaching certified a plus (must be willing to attain USAS coaching status) 

Must be 18 years of age or older 

Background check required
