Full Time Age Group Coach

Job Description
New Trier Aquatics is looking for passionate, enthusiastic, and qualified full-time individuals to join our coaching staff.  

Start Date
March 1st or when qualified candidate is available to start.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and/or assist with training groups within our 14&U swimming program
• Collaborate with existing Age Group and Senior coaching staff on projects and initiatives to push the team forward.
• Serve as NTA’s Meet Director and design, direct, and execute all tasks necessary to host a successful slate of intrasquad meets and invitationals
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience coaching zone-level 11-14 year old swimmers
• All required USA-Swimming Coaching Certification Requirements
• Strong administrative abilities with a working knowledge of SportsEngine, social media platforms, and general office applications
• Energetic and outgoing personality with the ability to share ideas and a willingness to grow with the team and staff.

Compensation

• $45,000-$60,000 dependent on relevant skills and experience
