Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Head Coach of Highlander Aquatics, the Age Group Swim Coach is a certified USA Swimming Coach who develops young athletes in a positive environment and encourages individuals to succeed at his/her own level. We are looking for a qualified and dependable individual who loves the sport of swimming and enjoy working with children in a competitive and fun atmosphere. This position also opens opportunities to coachmulti-group levels within Highlander Aquatics. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 3:30 - 6:30 pm. This a 12-month part-time, non-benefited position.
