Pikes Peak Athletics (PPA)
Nestled in the breathtaking foothills of Colorado Springs, Pikes Peak Athletics (PPA) is more than just a swim club—it’s a community where passion meets performance in one of the most iconic sports cities in the nation. Colorado Springs, known for its stunning mountain views, outdoor lifestyle, and vibrant culture, is also the home of USA Swimming, the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Training Center, and the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee.
At PPA, we take pride in being a coach-owned club with a distinct edge. Our autonomy allows us to prioritize what truly matters: the success, development, and well-being of our swimmers. Unlike traditional clubs, we operate without a parent board, giving us the flexibility to design and implement programs that align with our vision for excellence.
A key part of our success is our privately-owned, state-of-the-art facility, which empowers us to create innovative programming, schedule practices without external constraints, and foster an environment where athletes and coaches can thrive. Our facility also includes a dedicated strength and conditioning area and a professional coach to optimize swimmer performance.
With a team of 250-300 swimmers, PPA is recognized as the highest-ranked team in Colorado by USA Swimming’s Club Excellence program. We are proud to have earned national recognition as a Bronze Medal Club (2017, 2018, 2022) and a Silver Medal Club (2023, 2024). This summer, we celebrated state championships for both 12 & under and 13 & over divisions, showcasing our commitment to excellence.
Colorado Springs is more than just a hub for elite athletics—it’s also a fantastic place to call home. Known for its family-friendly atmosphere, excellent schools, and countless opportunities for outdoor adventure, the city offers an unmatched quality of life. Whether you’re drawn to the Olympic spirit, the vibrant swimming community, or the opportunity to raise a family in one of the most beautiful places in the country, this is your chance to join a team where you can make a difference and help shape the future of swimming.
