Part-Time Coach with Alto Swim Club

Alto Swim Club is seeking multiple part-time coaches.

Alto Swim Club is the premier USA swimming team in the Palo Alto and Stanford area; our mission is to be the best developmental and high performance swim team in the United States. We offer a comprehensive swim program for all athletes, from the beginner swimmer to the Olympian.

We are looking for coaches to join our close-knit coaching family and community. Our facilities are in Palo Alto and Stanford, CA. Practices are typically held on weekday evenings and on Saturday mornings. There are multiple positions available and total coaching hours will depend on the candidates availability. 

Qualifications: 

• Swimming and/or coaching experience at the recreational, high school, club or collegiate level

• Passion for working with and developing swimmers of all ages

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Expertise with current technique development and training

• Hard working, trustworthy, and highly motivated team player
