Job Description
We teach 1:1 swim lessons at The Club in Rancho Niguel and around the area. Our season starts in March and finishes on Halloween. We start training in March. All of our instructors are part-time and get paid bonuses by working a minimum of 15 hours per week.
Requirements:
Working experience with kids ages 6 months - 12 years
Be able to maintain a regular schedule
Have own transportation
CPR Certified
WSI or other swim teaching certification
Pass a background check
Be able to work independently
Preferred:
Competitive aquatic experience
Prior coaching or teaching experience
(in any sport/avenue)
