Job Description
As an Assistant Swim Coach, your role entails close collaboration with the Head Coach in administrative tasks such as organizing and scheduling practices. You'll be responsible for monitoring athletes' progress, providing constructive feedback, and offering guidance to improve their skills and performance. Moreover, you'll play a pivotal role in upholding team regulations and cultivating a positive and encouraging atmosphere conducive to the growth and development of all swimmers.
Qualifications: USA Swimming Coaching Certification, 1+ years of coaching experience, high school diploma.

The Hub Fins Swim Team is a community team, located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. We offer competitive swimming to ages 6 years and older, ranging in ability levels from beginning/developmental to the national level swimmer. Our team is recognized by both USA Swimming and Mississippi Swimming LSC. We compete in the Eastern Section of the Southern Zone of USA Swimming.
