For nearly 75 years, the Redding Swim Team has been a cornerstone of competitive swimming, producing champions in the pool and leaders in life. As a legacy swim club, we take pride in our rich history, strong community, and commitment to excellence. Nestled between the stunning Trinity Alps, Lassen National Volcanic Park, and Whiskeytown National Recreation Area, the region offers world-class hiking, fishing, boating, and cycling. With easy access to Shasta Lake, the Sacramento River, and endless scenic trails, adventure is just outside your door. Despite its natural beauty and small-town charm, Redding is conveniently located on Interstate 5, with daily flights to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, and Denverโoffering the perfect blend of nature and connectivity.
