Job Description

D & J Sports of Austin is looking for a Full-time Regional Team Coordinator.  You would be in charge of contacting our current teams to set up their team apparel information, team fittings, meet dates, and work with our web team in getting teams updated or set up on their D & J Team Page.  You will also be required to reach out to other teams in the area that we do not service.  Present to the team board or coach, what D & J can offer them that other dealers can’t or won’t.  You would also be required to help in the retail area and with customer service.  Working some Saturdays will be required, but we do offer flexible scheduling.
We are also currently accepting applications for Part-time retail store employees, to help staff our ever-growing customer base. This would be a great fit for a swim parent, coaches spouse, college student, or competitive swimming enthusiast.
Both positions would be working at our main Austin location at 13359 US HWY 183N/Anderson Mill Rd. Our store hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm, Saturdays 10am - 3pm, Sundays - CLOSED.  We also operate the Pro Shop located inside of the University of Texas Swim Center, home of the Texas Longhorns Swimming and Diving Teams.
Positions require that you have some retail experience, have knowledge of the sport of competitive swimming, the ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs, a valid drivers license and clean driving record. If you have experience working with embroidery machinery and heat presses, this would be a HUGE plus.

In 1992 we started out as a small business founded by our President Don Kaye who is very passionate about swimming and understood the hardship and inconvenience of buying swim related items. He created D&J Sports in order to service the needs of the individual as well as swim teams, clubs and schools.
