Assistant Coach Women’s Swimming and Diving
Job Description
The Assistant Coach for Women’s Swimming and Diving will assist the Head Coach in planning and directing the SMU Women’s Swimming program. This position will report directly to the Head Coach for Women’s Swimming and Diving. Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Recruiting student athletes
- On deck coaching
- Planning and recording of training
- Organizing Home meets
- Analysis of video for training and competition
- Completing administrative tasks required by the university and NCAA
- Assisting the Head Coach with team/recruiting travel, compliance and budget
- Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach including but not limited to operation of the Aquatic Center, camps, and clinics
