Pool Supervisor - Sol Duc Hot Springs

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $22 to $22.  If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer.  This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.​

• Supervise daily operations of the hot springs and cold pool areas.
• Ensure the safety of all guests by enforcing pool rules and regulations.
• Monitor water quality and perform routine maintenance checks.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Train and manage lifeguard staff, ensuring they are well-prepared for emergency situations.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Maintain accurate records of pool usage, incidents, and maintenance activities.

• Lifeguard Certification required
• Previous experience as a pool supervisor or lifeguard.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Preferred: Wilderness First Aid and EMT training.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of pool maintenance and water safety protocols.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
