Head High School/Assistant Club Coach

Belton ISD Aquatics & the Tiger Sharks of Texas are seeking a full-time coach.

Tiger Sharks of Texas is USA swimming team in Belton, TX (50 miles north of Austin); our mission is to help young athletes become the best versions of themselves in and out of the pool. We offer a comprehensive swim program for all athletes, from the beginner swimmer through national qualifiers and college swimmers.

We are looking for a full-time coach to join our close-knit coaching staff. The Coach will serve as the head coach for one of our 3 high schools, working closely with the senior staff and other district high school coaches to provide an engaging and competitive opportunity for student-athletes to find success in the pool. This individual will also work with the club swim team, leading and assisting with groups as assigned to ensure the development of our age group swimmers.

Qualifications:
– Coaching and / or competitive swimming experience at the club or collegiate level.
– Current USA Swimming coach certifications.

– Great organizational / communication skills.
– Willingness to work on deck, in dryland facility, administrative responsibilities, and facility upkeep.
– Enthusiastic, hard working, and highly motivated team player.

Compensation:
Belton Aquatics & TST provide a comprehensive compensation plan including medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement, and additional benefits.

Salary range: $67,334.00 to $93,184.00
