Senior coach & Age group coach

Responsibilities: The coach is responsible for running and assisting practices assigned
by the Head Coach. Most practices will be Monday-Friday from 4:00pm-8:00pm with
morning practices during school breaks and on Saturdays. The coach will be responsible
for emphasizing our core values to their athletes, writing workouts, season plans for their
group, and attending swim meets roughly once a month.

Requirements: We are looking for coaches with a deep passion for motivating athletes to
realize and reach their full potential. Applicants should be energetic, organized and
reliable. They should display good communication skills while working with swimmers,
coaches and parents. Three plus years of coaching experience is preferred. Coaches
interested must be in good standing with USA Swimming and be able to work in the
United States.

Compensation: Salary, commensurate with experience. Reimbursement for USA
Swimming registration and any certifications that are required by USA Swimming. Per
diem for any travel meets assigned by the Head Coach. Continued education
opportunities and opportunity for bonus at the end of the fiscal year.
