Marlins Of Raleigh Swim Team-Full Time Head AGE Group Site Coach

· Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as Head Age Group Coach at MOR’s Raleigh Site
• Develop Training for Top 10-12 year old group and Top 13-15 year old Sr. Group
• Provide a positive learning environment with structured instruction and fun.
• Supervise assistant coaches
• Communicate with parents by providing a once/week update and return calls and emails within 24 hours
• Work with Head coach to develop practice schedule.
• Coach at Swim meets usually 1-2/month
• Maintain USA Swimming certifications and follow all Safe Sport regulations and guidelines
• Recruit swimmers from area summer league by conducting clinics and visiting at dual meets

· Qualifications

• Previous swimming experience
• 4 years coaching experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with other coaches
• CPO license preferred or complete once hired
